For a variety of reasons, clients sometimes request that I come in and act as a temporary CEO, CFO, or COO.

  • I created a performance based compensation & management plan for senior level sales people that led to significantly greater accountability, responsibility, compensation and profit.
  • I helped CEO free up two hours in each of his days, by managing his direct reports in a different manner.
